1. Services

Fortunata Studio provides professional tattoo services, art commissions, and related merchandise through our website and in-studio location. All services are subject to artist availability and may require an in-person consultation or deposit.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or product at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointment Bookings & Deposits

Appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which secures your time with a specific artist. Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

You agree that:

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment; rescheduling with less notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• Missed appointments or late arrivals may result in cancellation and loss of deposit at the discretion of the artist.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to receive tattoo services at Fortunata Studio. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are of legal age and able to provide valid government-issued identification upon request.

4. Health & Safety

We adhere to all Washington State health regulations for tattoo establishments. You agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment. Fortunata Studio reserves the right to refuse service if your health or safety may be at risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, photography, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Fortunata Studio or its respective artists.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any images or content from this site without prior written consent.

• Custom tattoo designs remain the property of the artist and may not be duplicated or tattooed by another studio.

6. Payment & Pricing

Prices for tattoos, artwork, and merchandise are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of service or purchase.

We accept various forms of payment; however, a card processing fee may apply to electronic transactions.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

All tattoo deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are not offered for completed services or custom artwork. In the event that an artist must reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to a new date.

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unworn, unused, and in original condition.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tattooing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with the design once tattooed. By receiving services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Fortunata Studio and its artists are not liable for any resulting injury, loss, or dissatisfaction.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the website or servers.

• Use the site to transmit harmful, misleading, or unlawful content.

• Copy, scrape, or collect data from the site without permission.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected through our website or booking forms is used solely for scheduling, communication, and internal purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
